The coating
machine consists of 10 sections heated by the
resistances. The semi products that enter the unit as
clothes become products through direct paste
plastering.
The process
of plastering is basically as follows: The paste
prepared at the paste section is plastered onto the
raw cloth via a knife at the desired thickness. It is
turned into plastic at cabins of 190-200oC
temperature. The volatile gases that arouse from some
of the raw materials (PVC, DOP, STABILIZER etc.)
during the process of turning into plastic are thrown
out through the flue by the circulation in the PVC
coating machine. The coated product are wrapped in
large docks and sent to quality control and package
units. |
