The chemicals
that are checked and approved in the quality control
laboratory are taken to the paste warehouse. Using high
revolution mixers, they are mixed with other chemicals
that are prepared at certain proportions. The paste that
is obtained is filled to the cauldrons with the help of a
crusher. These cauldrons are taken to paste rooms for
relaxation. Later, the pastes that have relaxed are taken
to the PVC coating machines for being used to coat the
clothes coming from the weaving unit. |
