After
quality control at the laboratory, imported threads are
taken to the last raw material warehouse. Than, the
warehouse chief takes the threads to the warp department
for the warp process which is the first step of the
production and he arranges them in the warp machine. In
the 3.5 meters wide warp machine, the threads are warped
and wrapped to long sticks. These sticks are then taken to
the weaving unit for the cleaning process.
